Verzendmethoden

DHL: Besteld voor 16:30 uur, volgende werkdag in huis.

Verzendkosten

DHL: Franco levering vanaf € 250, anders berekenen wij € 7,50 verzendkosten.

Afhalen

Afhalen in Hoevelaken: Kies bij het afronden van uw bestelling voor "afhalen via Hoevelaken" of neem contact met ons op. Binnen een uur ligt uw bestelling klaar bij de afhaalbalie.

Retouren

Retouraanvraag

  • Retouren dienen te worden aangevraagd via het RMA-formulier.

  • Het RMA-formulier moet zo volledig mogelijk worden ingevuld.

  • Zorg ervoor dat u het ordernummer vermeldt op het RMA-formulier. Retouren zonder ordernummer worden niet behandeld.

RMA-formulier

  • Meld uw retour online aan via de knop Aanmelden retouren

  • Vul het RMA-formulier volledig in. Wanneer het formulier niet volledig is ingevuld kunnen wij de retouren niet verwerken.

  • Bevestig het ingevulde formulier met de button Aanvraag RMA indienen

  • Het RMA-formulier ontvangt u op het ingevulde e-mailadres.

  • Print het ontvangen RMA-formulier uit en voeg deze bij uw retourzending.

  • Verstuur uw retour naar: Tippoint Trading B.V., Hogebrinkerweg 27, 3871 KM Hoevelaken, Nederland

  • Zodra de retourzending bij Tippoint Trading is aangekomen controleren wij uw retour en laten wij dit weten via het e-mailadres wat bij ons bekend is.
